Setting up your first bundle

• Install Kolli from the Shopify App Store and open it from your admin.
• On the home screen, click Add the block to your theme. Shopify opens the theme editor with the Kolli block ready to place on the product template. Drop it where you want the tiers to appear and save the theme.
• Back in the app, click New bundle, pick the products it applies to, and add your quantity tiers — for example 1, 6 and 12.
• For each tier, write the label the shopper sees and choose the discount: a percentage, an amount off, or a fixed unit price. Optionally set .90 or .99 rounding.
• Click Publish. The tiers appear on the product page and the discount is created in your store.

Common questions

The block does not show on the product page. The theme block has to be added once per theme. Open the theme editor on a product template and check that the Kolli block is present and that the bundle covering that product is published, not a draft.

The discount does not apply at checkout. The discount only applies to lines that were added through the Kolli block, so that the price cannot leak to other carts. If you changed the quantity by hand in the cart, remove the line and pick the pack again on the product page.

Can one product be in two bundles? No. A product belongs to one bundle, so the shopper never sees two conflicting prices. The app tells you which bundle already has the product when you try.

Does it work with my other discounts? Each bundle has its own combination rules. By default the bundle price combines with order and shipping discounts but not with other product discounts; you can change that per bundle.

Does it slow the product page down? The tiers are rendered by the theme app extension on Shopify's side, so there is no empty box while scripts load. The block adds about 3 KB of JavaScript and 2 KB of CSS.

What happens if I uninstall? The block stops rendering, the automatic discount is removed and every row belonging to your store is deleted from our database. Your products and orders are untouched.

Plans and billing

Every plan starts with a 7‑day free trial. Billing runs through Shopify, so the charge appears on your Shopify invoice and you can cancel from your admin at any time. Changing plan never deletes a bundle: if a lower plan allows fewer published bundles, the extra ones stay published until you unpublish them yourself.

Reporting a bug

Send us the store domain, what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you have one. If the problem is on a live product page, the URL helps most. We reply within one business day and tell you plainly whether it is fixed, planned or not something the app does.
